Carrie Hayes

Carrie Hayes is a longtime believer in non-traditional employment models. She brings over 15 years of direct placement experience in interim and permanent positions. She is passionate about connecting candidates with the right organization and the perfect role. Her expertise ranges the full spectrum of opportunities in all industries with a deep knowledge of accounting, finance, consulting and IT profiles.

Prior to Gravity, Carrie has recruited for PWC, Deloitte, Point B and Microsoft.  She is a graduate of the University of Michigan and has volunteered with local youth based non-profits including spending 10 years on the board of the Boys & Girls Club.
